- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto proferido el 11 de abril de 2019 por la magistrada Gloria Stella Ortiz Delgado, mediante el cual rechazo la demanda interpuesta por los ciudadanos Camilo Araque Blanco y Juan David Mesa Ramirez contra el articulo 7 (parcial) de la Ley 1383 de 2010, "Por la cual se reforma la Ley 769 de 2002 - Codigo Nacional de Transito, y se dictan otras disposiciones", y el articulo 3 de la Ley 1696 de 2013, "Por medio de la cual se dictan disposiciones penales y administrativas para sancionar la conduccion bajo el influjo del alcohol u otras sustancias psicoactivas".
- SEGUNDO. Por intermedio de la Secretaria General, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decision a los demandantes y advertir que contra ella no procede recurso alguno.
- Una vez quede ejecutoriado el presente auto, ARCHIVESE el expediente.
